Kim is such a very professional realtor she worked hard and communicated with the builders constantly She assisted us with paperwork and closing Working through the builder delays with the builder was very helpful

I cannot recommend Kim more highly. She goes above and beyond in her job! I’ve sold 6 houses in my lifetime and most realtors disappear once they list your house and you don’t hear from them until you have a contract. Not Kim! She kept in touch literally everyday to tell me what was happening. I was out of state before the sale and she took the stress out of the sale. She even volunteered to be there for my movers after the sale! I would recommend her 200%! You will not regret hiring her!

She only showed a couple of properties and never really responded to the properties we send her. It felt like she didn't try hard enough to help us find our dream home. Only heard from her like every other week. She didn't put much effort into nothing.

Our experience was beyond expectation. It had been over 10 years since mom left us and the family was finally ready to move moms house - unfortunately it was in really bad condition. We felt hopeless when we actually met with Wayne to walk thru the house. He didn't even flinch - he told us he would do everything to sell the house for us. In less than two months the property was sold. And even though he didn't make a ton on money on the sale - he gave us first class service and was always there to walk us through the process. The man is awesome. Call him!!!

If you are looking for an honest, hardworking individual with knowledge and skills look no further. Mrs. Nicoll is a wonderful individual whose helped us find a home where we wanted to live and within our budget. You can't go wrong using this agent.
