Absolutely the best in the business!!! We met Kristin when we stopped at an open house on a whim. We had dreamed of buying a home, but we weren’t seriously looking. We immediately felt at home with Kristin. She was not pushy, she asked about our children, and our timeline. We told her we weren’t sure what we wanted to do and that it was just a dream at the time. After our meeting she emailed us twice just to check in. Months later we decided to take a leap of faith and move. Kristin was immediately who we went to. We already had an idea on the house we wanted and where we wanted to be, but Kristin made all the magic happen. She always had our back, she was so positive and supportive, and even with the inevitable bumps in the road to buying a new house she was able to guide us and work out any issues we had immediately. She’s full of knowledge about the community- both in the realty world and helping us navigate settling in to a whole new community. She is an absolute gem. She’s one of a kind. We will never work with anyone else again after this experience. You will never be disappointed working with her. Thanks for everything!!

Kristin is top notch! She was with us for every step of the process and NEVER backed down whenever a hurdle or question presented. She is experienced and her local knowledge is very helpful! Curt is truly an amazing real estate agent. He is responsive, knowledgeable and just an all around great person. Curt worked with my wife and I for 4 years to buy our beach condo. We just closed on it and we love it. This was an all around great experience due to Curt and his team or real estate experts. Truly the best in the Myrtle Beach area.
