Cheryl Given was an immense help during both my house hunting and the closing on my home. Because of a short timetable and a sparse market, it was no small task to find what I was looking for. Without Cheryl’s help I do not think I could have accomplished this in the few weeks I had to move in. Thank you Cheryl!

Cheryl Given provided excellent service from the time she called when I submitted an online inquiry on a home until after the closing on the house. Cheryl would get back to me almost immediately on all text, phone calls, and emails. She was very helpful in getting the closing completed. Cheryl was wonderful to work with and I am going to miss her.

Cheryl IMMEDIATELY started showing the property. She gave me honest information as to what should be done to sell the house and what price the house might sell at if I did. I chose to do less and receive less. She sold the house in (my opinion) record time, was in contact with me, letting me know what was going on and was available to answer my questions at any time. Because I live out-of-town, she made herself available to me when I could drive to the city. She did a great job and was always professional. She is a real asset to you. She is now selling an additional property and will use her again.

My wife and I have been working with Cheryl Givens on both sides of the realty purchasing process (first selling a home, then buying a home), from 2016 to January 8th 2018. Cheryl has been an invaluable asset in the process, and I would honestly say I don't know how we could have accomplished both of those monumental tasks without her dedication, hard work and perseverance (our process took us into some very trying situations, but Cheryl helped us weather some storms). She explained everything clearly, and presented the "pros and cons" in each situation, which saved us in one situation from moving on a property that looked like a dream and could have been a nightmare. We are now closed on and moving into a home that is very nearly our ideal home, largely thanks to Cheryl. I would recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for an honest, ethical, and dedicated representative in any realty endeavor.
