Kim is a true professional. She knows houses, the market and most importantly, how to work closely and well with her clients. I was a seller and was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly she would reply, morning, noon, night or weekend. She cared about how the sale went and how we as sellers were doing during that period of many months--first getting the house ready, based on advice we solicited from Kim, then doing the listing itself (ah, decisions!), and the period of showing and negotiations. I talked with 4 other brokers and selected Kim based on our interactions, her expertise and her ability to see the big picture and make the process work well for us on every level.

She was really helpful and knew what she was talking about. She was always there for me. If I called her she would pick up even late at night or early in the morning. She would stop everything to help me out. This was my first house and I'm only 21 and she would help me find the right people to work with. She is an amazing realtor and I would 120% use her again. She is not just my realtor she became a good friend to me and my family now. I think of Kim Martin as my other mom. She is a hard worker and will get you your dream home. ??

Being from out of state, but looking for a home in the New Boston area, we found Kim, and she could not have been more helpful. Very professional, she showed us many homes. Since our time in town was sporadic, she made herself available to show us homes whenever we were interested, sometimes 5 homes in one day. If one came on the market, but we could not get there right away, Kim would go and check out the house for us to see if it would be right for us. She knew the houses she was showing us, and could point out the features. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a home in the area. She went above and beyond for us, and I am grateful that she was a very big part of us finding our perfect home.

Kim was very helpful and stood by us the entire way through! Would recommend her to anyone! We had multiple contracts fall through and she helped us get everything we needed. She was great at a with giving us references of people to work with and who to go to for help.

Kim Martin was thoughtful, kind, very knowledgeable, and always responsive to all our questions and needs. She's personable and fun and makes a good impression on both buyers and sellers. She's also extremely reliable and honest. An ideal real estate agent.
