Matt overall was solid from advice, finding properties based off my wants/needs. Any questions I had he was literally a phone call away if he doesn’t answer immediately expect a call back within 10-20 min. He answered every question easily showing his knowledge in real estate. I could list many reasons to go with him but I’ll exceed the character limit anyone looking to buy sell rent etc he can do it.

Matt and his mom did a great job!! Matt is knowledgeable with the current house market issues and was very involved in every step of the process. He and his mom are a great team and helped me a great deal right up to the closing. I’m looking forward to working with them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house.

Awesome realtor! Very quick, responsive & efficient. Has the extensive knowledge & experience on all things real estate & gives the advice you need to get the property you want. He was able to work out the deal to the best of my advantage at the price I wanted & with seller credits. He also did a same day showing from the day I saw the property on Zillow. 10/10 would work with again.
