My experience with Chris was less than positive and unethical. After renting a home to us for two weeks, we discovered the house was plagued with issues and the builder confirmed the house was not ready to be rented. Issues included; broken appliances, no mirrors, under furnished, broken pool, septic tank odors, unresolved tech issues, daily construction noise. When we complained about broken appliances - his response - " I usually fix these things myself". I would never use him or his firm again.

After 3 transactions with Chris, we can’t imagine that there could be another Nantucket agent with such wise counsel, market knowledge, client advocacy and attention to every detail than Chris. There is no small request that he won’t gladly and immediately respond to. His above and beyond attitude in every phase of the transaction was so uncommon and so appreciated.
