We weren't out to buy a place immediately or even find an agent when we started looking, as our timeline was a few months out, and we understood that the market at the time was pretty cold with few listings. We were randomly paired with Chris through Zillow to look at a place in South Land Park that interests us. We met Chris at the house; he was timely, professional, and polite. He quickly found us several inline listings, recommending several we wanted to see, some we didn't know were on the market, and one we had dismissed even viewing. So obviously, we fell in love with the house we didn't want to see and wouldn't have if Chris hadn't suggested we see it. Chris made the whole process incredibly easy, walking us through a process that last time was a blur due to lockdown. He was very communicative and seemed to care about his clients, and at no point did I feel like another transaction to him; he was attentive and made it so we felt heard from start to finish. We are very thankful to Chris for all his hard work and are glad we got paired with him. We have been recommending him to our friends who are looking to move to Sacramento and will continue to recommend him.

Chris did an outstanding job helping my wife and I purchase our first home. From the first house we toured with Chris, we knew we wanted him as our realtor. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty Chris demonstrated during this whole process was amazing. Our process was not short, due to our budget and a competitive market. Chris never gave up on us, he would send us properties constantly, conduct video tours himself if my wife and I could not make a tour. This went on for several months until he found us the property we eventually purchased. Chris negotiated a great deal for us and without him and his team, I’m not sure my wife and I would be home owners today. Thanks Chris!

It was our pleasure working with Chris for last 4 months. we recommend Chris without any reservation. we had unique situation. we were looking for home and were planning to move to Elk Grove from Iowa. He gave us all the details about area, schools, colleges, businesses, roads etc. he never pushed us for anything but suggested not to rush and to be patient specially we were not familiar with area as well as the west cost living. He also gave us some tips on home insurance policy. he gave us some information on recreational activities. he has been one of the mot honest, professional person we have met. whenever we had schedule to meet he has always done his homework and was never late. again i would highly recommend Chris for his service.
