Chris was recommend by our friends and he was amazing from the very start. He helped us prepare our home for photos and showings with details and direction. He negotiated and always worked in our best interest. He was honest and happy to answer my ten million phone calls or questions. He broke things down in very easy to understand terms and made sure we got everything we needed. Chris was very patient with our sale and is still helping us months after. Chris has now helped me through 3 transactions (my wife tells me I like to move). He truly is a rock star. He is extremely knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions day/night and weekend, prepared countless comp reports, helped find all our contractors and continue to provide real estate advice and connections after move in. I cannot recommend him enough, I literally recommend him to every friend who is looking at real estate, and I will use him (likely in the next couple years) to sell my current house and buy another.

Chris was great! We were battling with a very competitive market, but he was relentless in finding a home that met my needs, even with my budget limitations. When we finally got under contract, he negotiated the contract to be even more in my favor. Would recommend!
