Submitted an online request for a realtor and David was the first one to reach out and was able to chat right away. He was extrememly knowledgable and helpful. He was quick to get back to me and made sure we had a chance to look at every house we asked to see. David worked with my schedule and helped me find my first home efficienlty. He also had good knowledge about what to look for in a home and how the closing process goes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home.

Daniel is cool, calm, and collected and extraordinarily easy to work with. As a first-time home seller, we were very impressed with Daniel's knowledge and professionalism. He was able to help us negotiate above asking price for our home and served us very well throughout the home buying process. Not only that, but he helped us navigate smoothly through every real estate bump or issue that came up. David is an awesome realtor and we couldn't have closed on our current house without his help. He guided us through the whole process, scheduled appointments for us at very short notices and managed all that in very short and squeezed time-frames. Both me and my fiancé are not based in Richmond, and don't know much about the area. David not only guided us on the neighborhoods and Richmond city, but also worked diligently on keeping us updated on latest postings, reaching out to us proactively every weekend to see if we planned on being in Virginia and stacking and squeezing all our showings in one day. We are very thankful and appreciative that we found him through Ramsey network and would highly recommend him to anybody looking for homes in Richmond area!

David was always professional when contacted. He would be patient to listen to what the buyer or seller was looking for and would provide timely responses to questions. As a sellers agent, one could trust that a property would be well cared for and would be given the best possible value.
