As a first-time home buyer, I had previous experience working with a realtor, but my experience with Ashley from the Cannon Team was exceptional. Recognizing that this was my initial home purchase, she meticulously guided me through each stage of the process. After just two days of house hunting, Ashley developed a keen understanding of my preferences and requirements. She curated a list of properties and neighborhoods that aligned with my tastes. I particularly valued her insights, as she consistently highlighted both the advantages and disadvantages of each home, which would be beneficial for future resale considerations. You have a jewel in LIZ HURLEY. I live out of town and owned a rental property. Liz began reaching out to me consistently since June 2023. Through all our communications, Liz was the consummate professional. She stayed the course even though she knew I could not sell my home until 2025. Once I contacted her in December 2024 to prepare for a sale, it was a matter of a very short timeframe that Liz brought me a very quick sale!!! I could not believe how seamless the process was and Liz was there every step of the way, providing her expertise and professionalism. I cannot recommend Liz enough!!!! Kaitlyn was - truly - a lifesaver for us. We went to market just before the 2024 inundation and she secured an option in the very first week. Her property assessment and pricing strategy were spot on. By none of her fault, that option fell through and we found ourselves facing an uphill climb as thousands of other properties hit the market. But she guided us through the mire and we were able to sell when many properties simply could not. She was in daily touch with us and, honestly, as much as therapist for my wife and myself as she was a realtor. We owe her so much, and could not possibly offer a stronger recommendation for anyone.
