Cory did an outstanding job as my buyers agent. He was very patient with the process which helped for a newer investor like myself. When the rental property didn’t work out he immediately went to work as my sellers agent. Through a long and difficult road we recently closed on the property. I’m grateful for his help every step of the way!

The One Roof Team has been an absolute please to work with over the last year. We have bought 2 houses and sold one and every transaction was easier than the prior one. They have gone above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction including taking calls at all hours, being open an honest about results and expectations, and delivering every promise they kept for us since day one. We felt like part of their family and that our transaction was the only one they were working on. We had a great experience working with V.V. Parker. We relocated to the Baltimore area from the Midwest and she was extremely helpful in providing us with information about the area and finding our family the perfect house.
