There are thousands and thousands of real estate agents, but few stand out quite like Lauren. She’s extremely friendly and bubbly which makes her easy to work with, but her real estate knowledge and ability to negotiate are second to none. She held my hand every step of the way and helped me decide what to freshen up, how to stage, and the best pricing strategy to get me top dollar for my home. Luckily, it resulted in 10 offers for my house in only one weekend and we set a record price!
