We moved our family from Boston, Massachusetts to the Philly suburbs having never visited the area. We arrived at our rental in Lansdale on 6/30 and started our search. We moved into our new home in North Wales on 8/20. That was all possible because of Chris Nelson. We met him because my mother-in-law stumbled upon his Lansdale video which helped us realize this area was perfect for our family. He encouraged us to hold fast to our resolve not to waive the inspection on the first home we bid way over on - and lost because we would not waive the inspection. We put a bid in on the second home we visited (that's right, two home viewings led to two bids). Chris negotiated a price BELOW asking WITH an inspection. We were thrilled! He introduced us to a great mortgage broker who made the entire process painless. This is our first home and we knew we needed a guide. Chris became our guide - and our first friend in the area!

Chris Nelson is an amazing Real Estate Agent! He truly deserves a medal for dealing with myself and my family (lol). He was there 100% to support us and provide all answers to our questions as well as any additional information we needed to make the right decisions. His knowledge and expertise of the market and industry led to us finding the perfect home. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for which allowed him the ability, when things got stressful, to not let us compromise what we really wanted. Chris was a friend and a partner throughout the entire process. This is the second home that Chris has helped me purchase. In the future, I will continue to reach out to him with all of my real estate needs. I highly recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism, personality, and overall great character.

Chris the experience of selling a home can be a whirlwind ! I must say I have gained extreme knowledge and understanding of the process thanks to you! Your knowledge , patience and true understanding of the process and your kindness and due diligence is truly amazing ! I am so very thankful you stepped me through the process from beginning to end helping in getting the things done that I truly couldn’t have accomplished without you! Your professional and you defiantly are on top of your game which means a lot and allowed me to feel confident and comfortable selling my home . So many wonderful things to say about Chris, where do we begin. So let's start from the beginning. He was personable from the start. His use of technology by utilizing videos to communicate with us made him stand out on our search for a buyers realtor right away. We confirmed that he was the one for us on our first showing. He was honest and responsive every step of the way. We appreciate that he pointed out flaws in the houses that we saw so that we knew what we were getting into. He helped us navigate this COVID-19 market and the highs and lows of a sellers market. He was there when we put bids in on homes with 20 plus offers and in the end it was his negotiating skills that got us a great deal on our first home which we love. And even when things did not go as planned with our settlement due to the mortgage company he went above and beyond for us and helped us navigate those waters as well. If there were 10 stars we would give a 10 star review. Chris always says real estate is emotional and it definitely is and we feel we have not only gained a new home but a new friend in Chris Nelson.
