Clarence is lovely & caring although at times he may seem tough. He means business & is very personable when it comes to his clients. We searched for a home for months & he helped me through the entire process. If he did not know the answer to a question, he made it known to find the answer out & helped me be resourceful. He even enlightened me on his position as an agent during settlement day. It is clear Clarence doesn’t just do real estate for the money but also for the people. Coming from a single mom with now a new home - CLARENCE all that.

Clarence Alford is very knowledgeable, well informed and creative. These aspects make him the best real estate agent in the city of Philadelphia and probably the tri-state area. I have worked with many, but Clarence exceeded my expectations. Professional and diligent, he helped me find a property that was ideal for exactly what I was trying to accomplish. We worked together just shy of four months to find my ideal property. In that time he never got tired, never gave in or gave up, and assured me that we would get our goal accomplished without compromising the things I had to have in a property. He's awesome!!!! Clarence was very helpful in securing me a house in Delaware County. He was able to negotiate a successful contract in a hard seller’s market. Excellent communication and always returned my calls or texts promptly.
