We have purchased and sold a number of properties. The most recent property we sold, we listed with Cody. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only did he “push” the marker (at our request), he brought us two full price offers within 24 hours from our home being listed. He assisted with the negotiation and had us under contact with 48 hours. Not only was he present for showings, he also was present for the closing. His fervor to please the client is commendable. Cody was very helpful, patient, and thorough. He also gave me a referral for some work I needed to have done changing out light fixtures and a few other odd tasks and they were quick, efficient, and just as professional as Cody. The whole process was simplified thanks to Cody's professional, helpful attitude; the house was listed and within a week we had two full-price offers. The sale went through with no problems in a very timely manner.
