Colleen was exemplary! We've never experienced a realtor who demonstrated great experience, high functioning communication skills, a love for people, and wisdom for her craft the way Colleen modeled for us. From the beginning brainstorm that we shared with Colleen prior to the house going up for sale, she was optimistic and created an environment of hope and excitement in putting our house up for sale after only having resided at the residence for only 13 months. Due to an employment change, we found ourself needing to move to another state much sooner than later. Colleen internalized this need from us and moved in such a way that created a frenzy of open houses and advertising which caused us to receive a contract on the house within a few weeks after putting the house up for sale. At this time we needed to move out-of-state and Colleen said that she would take care of things as we moved to the inspection and repair phase of the timeline. She negotiated superbly and brought in her specialist to meet the needs of the inspection request at a very low cost to us. My wife and I will be forever indebted to Colleen for her service to us! We've never observed such agape love from a realtor until now. This is the love that Jesus talks about in the gospel of John! We give Colleen our highest recommendation!

Colleen was fantastic to work with! Her knowledge of the High Desert, along with her extensive experience in real estate, made the process of selling our home simple and easy. She managed the entire process, including setting us up with a local handyman for a few repairs the sellers requested, and got us above our asking price in less than a month. We would certainly work with Colleen again if we ever need to buy or sell a home in the future.
