I recently worked with Caroline to find the perfect home for my family. I cannot overstate how great was the shopping and buying experience. She was knowledgeable about the Columbia area and listened to my family's desires. She was genuinely passionate about helping us find the perfect home. I also believe Caroline's communication skills set her apart from other realtors we met during our shopping experience. She was always available to answer questions and quick to respond with updates or share leads on potential homes coming to market. I will be forever grateful to Caroline for helping us find our dream home. We will host our Kentucky family during the upcoming holidays. We shall raise a toast in appreciation of Caroline making it possible for us to be together.

Caroline understood I needed to sell my home promptly but also knew is was emotional for me because I was leaving my first house and I was relocating to another town. We discussed my needs and the house in depth and she outlined a gameplan-- lists of "must do", "do if you have the time and money" and "don't worry about it". Her suggestions were honest. She kept me informed of showings and continued guiding me through the process. The house sold very quickly due to her responsiveness to other realtors. I was so fortunate to have a realtor with integrity, knowledge and compassion.

Caroline did an amazing job in assisting me with buying my home. She was always on top of things, very responsive, and always made time for viewing homes even on short notice. Caroline was such a a treasure to find. We lived in Panama City and wanted to relocate in Colombia. Caroline and I texted for over a year. She was so patient and knowledgeable. We finally found a home and Caroline walked us through the home buying process remotely. We came to Blythewood, and closed on our house. Look no further than Caroline for all your home buying needs. Caroline walked for us the extra mile! My husband and I were checking locations for retirement. We met Caroline on an open-house event that we visited randomly. Other agents didn’t want to invest time showing us houses, since we were not sure where we would end up. Caroline made sure we could see two houses the same day (in her free time after open house hours ended). The next day- Sunday, we were able to visit some more locations. In the following months she kept contact with us. After we finally decided to move to Columbia, there was no doubt, that we want to work with her! The final house hunting process was very professional. She took a lot of time and listend carefully to our needs. The suggested houses were nice selected. We end up buying and felt very well accompanied through the whole process.
