Joel Clausen’s performance as a real estate agent I trust, in the selling of my mother’s home, in the Geist area of Indianapolis was exceptional. We developed a pre-sale fix-up plan, a pricing strategy and a marketing plan and Joel helped us execute them flawlessly. His communication skills and adept negotiation ability helped us lift our selling price above the initial aggressive asking price. We received multiple offers but Joel lead us to the best combination that reduced our closing costs, minimized additional repair expense and maximized Mother’s net gain. Joel’s communication with us as we prepared the house for listing through closing was always on point and kept us from distractions and insincere offers. We communicated with Joel for two years before we were able to offer the home for sale and once we were able to move forward he delivered for us beyond our expectations.

Denny deserves 5 Stars and earned 5 Stars! Hard working, diligent, and very knowledgable with keen insight to all aspects of real estate. He knows Indy, Carmel, and Fishers very well. Denny was with us every step of the way with clear instructions and honest advice from showings of multiple properties to the closing of our new home. I highly recommend Denny.

Jade is a treasure. In a world where “customer service” can often be an oxymoron, Jade is a breath of fresh air. She is kind, capable, intelligent and communicative. She is big on creating a personal experience and connection in a process that can be frustrating and disappointing Little things that mean a lot go far in today’s world. She brought flowers and a hand-painted card of our home to the closing. These personal touches are very endearing and really show she cares. She is very empathetic. I highly recommend her. I will be sure to send people her way!
