Working with Jarah was so great!! She was willing to jump on the ball and dive right into our house hunt! She was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking into, and made sure that what we found important in a home, was met. From starting out our home search and looking at several homes to building a home, she was there every step of the way! She advocated for us when needed, answered the questions we had, and went above and beyond to ask questions from the builders throughout the process that we may not have even thought to ask! She had tons of resources on people to use and overall it was a great experience to work with her! We highly recommend working with Jarah!!

Jarah did an excellent job for us. She kept us informed throughout the process and guided us through our decisions. She is very professional and responsive. At times we had questions or concerns about the process and she was able to answer those quests and help us understand. Selling a home can be stressful, but her calm demeaner and knowledge always put us at ease. she was clear in setting expectations and in helping us understand our responsibility in the process. As we got closer to the closing date, she prepared us for that day so that it went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Mitch is knowledgeable and has a very good idea of the market. He pays a lot of attention to your needs and tries to take feedback to narrow down your perfect home which clicks all the boxes. He has been on top of everything and guided us to make our home purchase very easy. He has accommodated us even on weekends and odd hours which we really appreciate. He goes above and beyond to help you out and answer all your questions. I have had a great experience working with Mitch and I highly recommend him and his expertise in the field.

Rachel was absolutely fantastic in helping us find our very first home. With a tight time frame, we were in a challenging position to find a house that checked all our boxes—location, affordability, accessibility to local grocery stores, and entertainment options. Thankfully, Rachel made the process smooth and stress-free. She was the first to have boots on the ground whenever we locked in on a potential home, ensuring we didn't miss any opportunities. Her communication was always prompt and responsive, which made a world of difference. As first-time homebuyers, having someone knowledgeable about the area and the state we were moving to gave us great peace of mind. Rachel was someone we could count on while navigating the logistics of moving from one state to another. We’re incredibly grateful for her expertise and dedication—she made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier and enjoyable! My only complaint is that, although Rachel did warn us about the cold, she forgot to mention just how cold! I was definitely not prepared for the snow—it’s like Mother Nature gave us a frosty welcome gift! Another thing we really appreciated was Rachel’s attention to detail—she was the first to inform us about the hard water in the area. Thanks to her heads-up, we were able to plan ahead and make an informed decision about installing a water softener. It’s little things like this that really highlight her expertise and care for her clients! We moved from Huntsville, AL to Noblesville, IN.
