Craig is not only incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and flexible, but also fun to go to showings with! While prices continued to surge in Sacramento earlier this year, Craig helped guide us through an unpredictable market. He gave us very honest advice about our offer numbers, and made sure we weren't getting anywhere near a sticky situation. As first time homebuyers, this was so appreciated and helpful! After he patiently went to DOZENS of houses last minute with us, we finally secured our current home, in part thanks to his good reputation in the real estate world and contacts he's made along the way. When it comes time for us to sell in the future, we fully plan on using Craig and Diez & Sigg!

Craig Diez has been a life saver! He is a source of sanity in the craziness of buying and/or selling a home in any market. I first met Craig in 2009 when I was attempting to sell a home and purchase another. He was the seller’s agent for my soon-to-be new home and made it such an easy transition…he even gave advice on how to sell my current home since my agents were not being as successful with showing it as I would have liked. His 33+ years of expertise in his field show through in so many ways! I called him again when my daughter wanted to buy her first home- he spent so much time finding the perfect home for her and walking her through every step. He has amazing contacts both during and after the sale…he is always available to connect you to a plumber, roofer, whatever, even long after the deal is done! Recently both my daughter and myself used him to sell our houses and to find us a new multi-family home…he was amazing! Went above and beyond in finding us a perfect home and selling our existing properties within 3 days…for both houses!! He has complete control of his deals, all the way through, finding your perfect home, setting you up with mortgage helpers, inspections, paperwork, movers, repair guys, etc. It is such a smooth process with him that I can’t imagine using anyone else…ever!
