Craig did an amazing job at helping us figure out what we needed to do to our house to get it ready to show. Our house needed a lot of work, because it was old and had been somewhat neglected. He helped us find vendors that could do the work quickly and at a reasonable price, which can be difficult to do (especially in a rural area.) His advice was good, too - we had four showings and three offers the first day we showed the house! Because we moved out of state, we needed to do the end of the process remotely; he made this really easy, both in terms of using online document signing services and always being available through email, phone calls, or text messages. He explained every step of the selling process and I never felt pressured to do things a particular way - he would help us see pros and cons of different options. I can't imagine a better selling experience.

Craig was recommended to me by a friend. Craig worked with me in getting my property ready to sell by suggesting craftsmen who specialized in yard cleanup, minor woodwork repair, painting and other small jobs. When everything was shipshape and I was ready to move to another residence, it was agreed that showing would begin on a Monday. A couple of out-of-town customers were given access to the house on the previous Sunday. The second customer made a larger than listing price offer, so one could say that it sold before it was on the market at more than asking price. Craig was with me on the entire journey, including finding me the home in which I am now living. I recommend Craig to everyone.

Craig is the best in the business. We bought our home without seeing it personally. We lived in Philadelphia Pa. We had Craig and our close friends, who listens to what our needs we're, go and check out the property. His professional opinion really made us feel confident. He took his time and walked us through the whole process, start to finish. He also recommend professional contractors for the various things that we needed. We highly recommend him for any real estate needs. We're definitely recommending him to all of our friends and family.. Way to go Craig!!!

Craig was recommended to us through Veteran's United Realty and we are extremely happy and impressed. He stuck by us with my crazy schedule at work to help with getting us in for home viewings and even met us at 8pm one night to sign papers. He really does his best to meet his clients needs.
