Samantha was great to work with. Whenever I saw a house I wanted to go see I would text her didn't matter I'd it was o'clock in the afternoon or 3 o'clock in the morning she would always respond and asked me when I wanted to go.. Samantha was very friendly and professional. 5 stars is is no nowhere near close of a rating that she deserves.

I meant Ryan apartment hunting, I informed him that I was trying to sell my home. I didn't know where to start who to trust simply because there are some shady people in this world. Even though Ryan basically work in the county. This young man made time to come to the city and help not only with finding a apartment also with selling my house. It was no easy task. Ryan was my rock he did all of the leg work. Literally walk me through the whole process from beginning to end. This young man never missed a beat. Ryan was very helpful, professional and responsive during the entire process. He assisted in renovating the property before putting it on the market. He was transparent and a great advocate. He helped negotiate a competitive offer. I would highly recommend him.

Molly collected a list of wants and needs and made sure we were given a list of houses that fit those criteria. This was a big deal because our list would change based on what we learned along the way. She asked the selling agents/owners pertinent questions that I hadn't even thought to ask but am very glad she did. We are very glad we found her!!!
