Cristina went above and beyond assisting me with the sale of my house. A+ realtor and made me feel like i was her only client. Handled the contractors, home repairs, etc. Anything and everything she took care of it. She is 1 of the very best in the business and you won't be disappointed. Thanks again!

Cristina was amazing at helping me buy my first house!! She was always responsive and was brilliant during the negotiation. With every house, she was honest with what could be a problem down the line, expected future costs and what she thought was a fair offer. Highly recommend.

Cristina Maccora helped my family to find a rental house when we moved to the DC area 3 years ago from Texas. At that time, I chose her mostly because of our common Italian origin, and since she did an excellent job, we didn’t hesitate to call her again at the end of our lease. Same as last time, we are writing her review with a 6 month delay… sort of our tradition now :). When I contacted Cristina back in April-May, we were just entering the uncertain times caused by the Covid pandemic, and buying a house sounded even more frightening. Even my husband who is American, and was familiar with the process of buying a house was hesitant, and would try to suggest renting a little longer. We didn’t really know where to start. We wanted a lot of things, but we had different needs and priorities. Cristina did an amazing job helping us identifying the most important factors to keep in mind when choosing a house, while considering our needs and realistic expectations. Next, we were not going to buy cash so we needed a lender. During her many years of experience in the business, Cristina has built a local network of knowledgeable professionals, and she was able to refer us to a loan agent with as much expertise and common sense. Over a period of two months, Cristina patiently showed us many properties, some of them preferred different buyers, and others didn’t even look at our offer. We wanted to live in one of the most exclusive areas in the DC metro area, McLean (VA), where buyers are extremely competitive, but Cristina never allowed us to get discouraged. When we finally found the house we truly liked, in the perfect location, Cristina’s timely efforts and knowledge of the process allowed us to close in less than 20 days. Cristina’s office offers also a very convenient title company service, and step by step she took us to the closing day where under her watch we signed pages and pages of paperwork in a very friendly environment. In conclusion, if you are looking to buy house in Northern Virginia and you’d like a very smooth process, we highly recommend Cristina Maccora. Thank you again, Cristina!

Our agent Christina was awesome. She is very knowledgeable of her job and is highly recommended. She was what we needed to sell our house. She is tough, reasonable and honest. We were so happy to have found her. Professional!

Cristina was amazing she sold our house after being on the market for only 3 days!!!! She was so helpful in the selling process before escrow closed we had to move out of state so Cristina helped supervise repairs being done to the home and she even painted the trim around our door! She was so friendly and helpful I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy she mode those whole process very easy and enjoyable!
