Debbie is an outstanding professional agent. As a selling agent, she performed extensive quality research to help us set a realistic selling price. She thoroughly understands the market in the area. She gave us excellent recommendations to help with the curb appeal of our home. The commission we paid was well worth the results. This is the second home Debbie has sold for me. In the future, if we were to have another home to sell in the area, we would not hesitate to ask Debbie to list it. Debbie, Jeff, and the administrative team are all pleasant to work with and exceptional professionals. Kudos!!!!

Working with Jeff and Debbie was a wonderful experience. They facilitated the sale of two of our properties and the purchase of another. They ensured our homes were prepared for sale to receive the best price. They recommended professional contractors to make necessary repairs or improvements. They provide a truck to use for moving, or hauling junk to the dump. Jeff and Debbie offer a complete service, a one-stop-shop. I highly recommend their services.

The Ferlazzo team is excellent! We used them to selI our rental property and main home in March and May of 2021, respectively. Debbie put us at ease and made professional recommendations to posture each property to sell. We trusted her and she did not let us down. As a result of her professional expertise, both properties sold within a few days of being listed and our profit far exceeded our initial expectations. She even provided expert suggestions on how to move forward with our efforts to purchase a new home in another state. Debbie is simply the best realtor that we have worked with, period. If we ever decided to move back to her regional market, she is the only realtor that we would work with. We trust her, she always did what she said she would do, and she demonstrated incredible insight of and expertise in the housing market. A great realtor and equally important a great person.

The Ferlazzo team is great. I used them to purchase a house in 2005 and 15 years later used them to sell the same house. Debbie is the best! She made suggestion on minor improvements we should make to help sell the house. She really knows what people look for when buying a house. The marketing pictures she had done were really impressive. Our neighbors even commented on our great the house looked! She was a real pleasure to work with, both times! I highly recommend her.
