Now a little bit more about Cynthia, Rarely do I ever give people such extensive reviews but she is worth writing about, buckle up. Let me paint you a picture that may be familiar to you. The year is 2023 you’re on realtor/Zillow every day. You have been to over 20 open houses and tried different agents that are not giving you good advice or inspiring confidence in the market and your house-buying power. You're not catching a break. Every house you put an offer in is going for 30-50K over asking and you know the value isn't there. You decide to give up until next year. Next comes 2024, it's January, and more houses are coming on the market, things are looking better. By chance, we were able to get Cynthia for a house showing. We didn't know we struck gold. An agent with a sense of humor and knows her stuff. We could tell in 30 seconds that we were going to be a good fit. We learned a lot more in 1 hour with her than we learned wasting months of time with other agents. She swept us off our feet and held our hand finding the house of our dreams every step of the way. We were in the house of our dreams within 3 months. She has good and reputable contacts for everything. It turns out we were paired with all the wrong people. Our original mortgage company was calculating our DTI incorrectly, her network of contacts came in handy for any additional services we required. She understood our needs and guided us as first-time homeowners with any questions and concerns we had. She worked tirelessly and efficiently to get our closing moved up and got all the parties involved in our house purchase lined up for us.
