Melissa did an outstanding job at finding our dream home…and fast! I reached out to Melissa on a Friday afternoon and by the following Friday we already had an accepted offer on our dream home! Melissa is always available to take calls, drop in, and answer any/all questions and concerns that you might have. While working with Melissa we quickly connected due to her welcoming and friendly personality. I highly recommend that you work with her if you are trying to buy a new home! I would 100% recommend Melissa Haddad as a Real Estate agent. My girlfriend and I were first-time home buyers, so the process was new to us. After our first conversation with Melissa, we knew we were in good hands. She explained the process step-by-step and answered all the questions we had for her. Melissa provided us with everything we needed – mortgage company, inspector, lawyer, etc. After we gave her our requirements, she quickly provided us listings and subscribed us to updates. She attended multiple open houses with us and pointed things out that we did not know to ask as newcomers to purchasing a home. She has her clients’ best interest in mind. When we made an offer on our now-home, I believe it was Melissa’s reputation that gave us the competitive edge and ultimately win out the bid. Melissa’s the best! She’s been our realtor 3 times. First in 2016 when we first moved into Middletown Township and we bought our first home. Then in summer 2024, we sold that home to move into a new house. Our family had grown and we needed a bigger place. She was with us for the sale and purchase. She was really on top of everything. Got back to our questions quickly, gave good advice, put the level of time and detail in really selling our place. She’s very nice to work with, is honest and was really looking out for our best interest. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
