Dale did an outstanding job selling our house. He helped us every step of the way, getting our house in shape for 2 open houses and for private showings. If I could give Dale 100 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I met him on Zillow three years ago, when I was just starting my search for a home in Maryland, I knew I was in good hands. Dale is, without a doubt, the most amazing realtor I've ever encountered. Over the years, he graciously showed me close to 100 houses, never once pushing or rushing me into any decisions. One of my biggest pet peeves with realtors is their pushy nature, but Dale completely broke that mold. He genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect home, and his patience and understanding made the entire process enjoyable. Dale’s background in construction and real estate inspection was a game-changer for me. As we toured homes together, he pointed out red flags and potential issues that I would have never noticed on my own. His keen eye and expertise in this area provided me with invaluable insights that I couldn’t have gotten from any other realtor. Fast forward to February 2024, when we put money down on a new build. It took until Halloween for settlement to finally happen, but Dale was by my side every step of the way. Despite the delays—none of which were his fault—he stood consistently in my corner.
