In the several instances where my attorney was not able to provide assistance, I knew I could ask Dan for his valuable advice. His experience, especially with my unique problem of selling a cooperative unit always helped me to find a solution. Dan is a real asset to your organization; he was certainly an asset to me. We have worked with Dan over the last few years and let me tell you, it has been an absolute pleasure working with him. He is very personable, diligent, helpful and always listened to us and our needs. He has always been prompt and did the research to answer our questions. We've never felt pushed into anything. If we had a concern about a particular issue with a home, he was always empathetic and able to give us more information on the issue. He has become more of a trustworthy friend rather than just a sales agent. Now that we've completed our real estate journey with Dan, it is both a joyous and sad occasion... Happy that the journey is over for now with the excellent results that Dan helped us achieve. But sad that it may be a while before we see Dan. Should we need real estate help in the future, it will be with Dan without a doubt.
