As nervous first time home sellers, Dan Drechsler was a light in the dark. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and honest. It is very obvious that he his passionate about his work. It took us nearly six months to be ready to list and he was there every step of the way to help us in whatever way we needed. During that whole time he never made us feel like we needed to rush or that we weren't his number one priority. Then when we finally were ready to list, he ensured we had the most professional photos and video walk-through out there. He advertised our house to other brokers and had people chomping at the bit to walk through our house. We had our first appointment request within a half hour of going live! We had an offer in eight days, and the rest is history! I will be recommending Dan Drechsler to everyone and anyone until the end of time.

It was a great experience working with Dan. As first time home buyers, the process can be overwhelming. Dan was able to guide us through the process detail by detail. Was always available to answer all our questions and there was alot. He was very knowledgeable of the Baltimore County area. The game plan for our negotiations were met. It was a wonderful experience working with him. I highly recommend Dan.

Dan was wonderful!!! He was very skilled and knowledgeable abt the entire process and the area we were selling in! I had picked him because he had sold 4 houses very similar to ours in my neighborhood in the previous 6 months alone! I am very happy with my choice and would encourage anyone else to choose him also! We had an issue with our first realtor that cost us many months of missed opportunities, time and money! So by the time I had contacted Dan we were in desperation mode living over an hour away and just ready to give up! He didn’t make promises and was very honest on everything we had going for us and against us!! He was also very prompt in his feedback from showings!! He checked on the house for us throughout the week and even after we had tremendous storms, just to help!! Once we got a buyer and the whole process really began, his skills and knowledge really outshined any experience we figured we would have! Again he was very prompt with paperwork and any questions or comments between us and the buyers!!

Dan knows his stuff from start to finish! From knowledge of Baltimore areas, to school districts, taxes and financing, Dan helped us through every step of the home buying process. He knew our budget and our desirable areas and never pushed us towards an option that didn't fit our needs. Even after the sale he continues to help us out with our home improvement projects. I highly recommend Dan Drechsler.

Dan started as our realtor, but now we consider him a good friend. He goes above and beyond. After selling our home(in 10 days!), he helped us find our forever home. Dan has helped us find contractors and is always available for home advice even after the buying/selling process is over. He's currently selling my parents home. We highly recommend Dan, Dan the Realtor Man!
