Was very responsive, very knowledgeable . Aerial views and video were great, just what we needed. This was a unique property that needed a special touch.

Daniel responded quickly to initial questions, and knows the real estate and people in La Veta, CO very well. He showed us several vacant land properties in La Veta and Cuchara that were all appealing. We made good use of time visiting those. For the property we chose to buy, a little south of La Veta, he had a nice vision of where and how we could possibly add a house to it in the future, which we're currently proceeding with. He also helped us navigate a water line easement document, get in touch with nearby neighbors, and get access to a neighborhood gate after the sale. Daniel also knows the community and history of the area, and passed some of that to us, which added to the fun of being there.

Daniel was amazing. We have sold quite a few houses before, but Daniel sold our last two. These houses were both unique, historic homes with one-of-kind charm, and Daniel represented those very well. Several other realtors tried to sell this last house for several years, and when Daniel took over the process, he sold it in just a few months. He guided us through the process without a hitch, and kept the buyer interested throughout. I would always have Daniel as my realtor, and highly recommend him for anyone seeking or buying a new home.
