Daniel was really a major reason why our entire home buying journey, that I had been dreading for over a decade, turned out to be not only a smooth experience but actually a very pleasant and stress-free one throughout. All the way from our intake call, Daniel immediately demonstrated that his communication was top notch. He was able to very efficiently gather everything we found important in a home and what was only secondary. I got out of this call feeling that everything that needed to be said had been said and had a firmer and more formal idea of what we were looking for. From that point on, Daniel was: - always extremely responsive and was very quick to organize visits, - a very strong value added with his professional eye on the features of the home and made us feel armed with the experience of hundreds of visits and was very helpful when the time came to be decisive, - a very powerful ally during the negotiation phase knowing knew when to push, when to hold ourselves back and finding creative ways to make our bid stronger without increasing our cost nor forsaking anything that we value. From the signing to the closing, Daniel has introduced us to various key professionals who were able to help us or he provided great guidance whenever we wanted to find one by ourselves. As we got closer to the closing date, Daniel was incredibly supportive and helped us get through the finish line by dealing with all the last minute complications that could have thrown a wrench into the whole thing. Months after the closing and us moving in into the property, Daniel has been incredibly supportive and has been checking in from time to time to make sure everything is okay, provide guidance and share very helpful contacts as we started our journey into homeownership. Throughout the experience, Daniel made us feel that we were working with a top notch real estate agent head and shoulders above what one should expect.
