Daniel is an exceptional agent. I have purchased and sold many properties, and Daniel was the best agent I have encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable about structural/HVAC and other home systems, and was very helpful in spotting potential issues with different properties. He is always polite, attentive and willing to share knowledge...something other agents typically don't do. He was very patient and made purchasing our new home an easy experience. Daniel is an amazing realtor that I can't say enough good things about! From the first phone contact to his showing me different homes, to the closing, Daniel was responsive, friendly, articulate, and proved himself to be quite knowledgeable about this geographic area. He has much integrity and clearly loves his work. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase a particular home; at the same time I felt supported and as if Daniel was keeping me objective. Overall, he did such a great job educating me about pertinent issues and being the best advocate I could hope for in this daunting process. I highly recommend him.
