There is no words to describe the absolute live saver Daniela Fox is! My family was PCS'ing to the area and in search of a rental. Needless to say we were unable to travel there to see prosperities. Daniela not only found all the properties that may fit our needs and want list but drove to each one to show them to us at times that were available to us in our current time zone and schedule. She made sure properties were not just a easy commute for my AD husband but was close to parks and even our sons daycare! She went above and beyond in advocating for us and took a HUGE weight off of me! This was vital as during our search I had two have emergency surgery and her help allowed our family to focus on my recovery despite being only 30 days out from our move without our housing established yet. She spearheaded addressing errors in the lease, keeping us informed on our rights regarding my ESA and went above the call to make things as smooth as possible. Needless to say she found us our dream new rental! And she provided us with recommendations for local utilities, cable and programs available! Military's family life can be hard with the constant relocating but she was a Godsent who made a hard process easy for us. Highly recommend in general but even more so for any military family looking to buy or rent know Daniela Fox is your lady! Can't scream her praises enough!! Thank You Daniela and ERA know the saint and quality of an employee you have in her! She gave us a great reflection of your company!

Daniela was amazing to work with! Reached out to ERA to assist with finding a home to rent prior to our PCS and got connected with Daniela. She immediately went to work finding listings and reaching out to other property management companies looking for places coming available that hadn’t listed yet but lined up with our arrival. Her communication was top tier along with her expertise, knowledge of the city, school systems, etc. I would definitely recommended anyone looking for something in the area to reach out to her, you won’t be disappointed!

Daniela helped my family buy the home we live in now. At the time I was moving from Germany and was hoping to find a seller that would agree to let us move into a home right away and rent from them until the house closed. That way my family and I wouldn't need to tough it out in a hotel for another 60 days or get a month to month lease somewhere and have to move all of our belonging again once a house closed. It was a big ask, but guess what, not only did she find us a seller who agreed, but the house was also everything we needed! It was a great fit and exactly the arrangement we needed. We have been in the home for two years now and are still happy and comfortable thanks to Daniela!

Daniela Fox is hands the best person to deal with when looking for your next home. We just moved to the Dalzell/Sumter area but she was showing us listing for a month or two before we made the actual move. She was able to find a house that perfect house for us and got us a great deal. She is one of the sweetest and most kind person I ever met. I have never dealt with real estate agent that made things as quick and simple as it was for Daniela Fox.
