Danny is the best. He did a great job as he is hard working and brings great results! It was a hard market to sell this property and he went above and beyond to bring in an acceptable offer. He also took care of everything that was needed in order to get the deal closed. Without Danny we probably would not have been able to accomplish the sale. He is highly recommended and we look forward to working with him again in the future for any of our real estate needs.

I cannot speak more highly of the LOPEZ REALTY TEAM,INC. I met Danny to talk about the sale of my home, he was extremely knowledgeable of the market and selling process. From that moment until closing everything went absolutely flawless. Danny went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire process, and made every effort to make this process as less stress free for me as possible. He was absolutely fantastic. I was able to sell my home in 2 months. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the Bronx area! You absolutely will not regret it.

Danny was helpful, knowledgeable of the neighorhoods and co-op buildings, and very responsive. He stuck with us after our first offer to buy a co-op apartment did not make it to contract. We started over and, even then, one prospective buyer saw apartments in person (in New York) while the second (stuck in Colorado) could participate only by video conference. Danny adapted to these circumstances. The second contract took longer than expected and Danny communicated with us and the seller and stayed positive, even when we felt frustrated. Now we're board-approved and will close soon. I highly recommend Danny Lopez.

Danny was a good listener when I said what I was looking for and found me a perfect place as well as contractor, loan officer, etc. I appreciated his no-pressure approach and yet he was able to keep me on track through the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Parkchester.

Danny went above and beyond to sell my condo. I reached out to him about a year before we were ready to sell. When the time came, I reached out to him to handle the sale. I live out of state, so he was very helpful in getting the condo ready for sale. What should have been an easy transaction was complication by no fault of our own. We had many hurdles to overcome, and he was right there along the way to get us to the end. We now have a closing date (finally)!! Danny is responsive to text and calls. He will be a true partner in buying or selling.
