Tonia has been amazing through the entire process. She showed us several homes, initially (even though it was a weekend and we gave her short notice). Once we decided on a house, she walked us through the process, negotiations, responses, etc.. After the sale was complete and we moved in, she continued to provide us with information for anything we needed, like a local doctor, mechanic, etc. (she still helps with info like this whenever we ask). She’s has been a wonderful asset in finding and buying a home (and beyond). She’s professional, friendly, communicative and just a pleasure to work with.

Tonia Roberts was fantastic from start to finish! She was honest with me about everything she saw! I never felt like I needed another opinion or someone else’s help. Tonia was an outstanding agent and worked hard to secure us the perfect home. She knew our desires from the first conversation even before we came into the area. When we decided to look at different areas she pivoted and promptly secured other properties for us to visit. She knew what each property needed and the costs to upgrade to meet our needs. After months of hard work she found us the perfect property in Etowah, TN. Her communication skills were outstanding with us and the potential sellers reps. We can't say enough to describe her professionalism, attitude and ability to work with us to find the perfect home. She is the closest thing to family we have in the area now.
