The best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with. We were new to the area when we bought our house and were lucky to find Dave. His local knowledge, market expertise professionalism, communication, and friendliness made this such a smooth and gratifying transaction. Moreover, Dave has been tremendously helpful in advising us on things we need to know as we prepare to move in, and connecting us with the best local pros to help. He seems to know everybody, and genuinely wants to help us settle in and make a home. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I would highly recommend working with Dave! He is professional and personable. He was always prepared with a schedule of houses for us to see and had all the information he needed to answer questions and if he didn't he would follow up with the seller to get the answers. He even went out of his way to get us info from the town/city office on questions like septic systems. Dave was very patient as we saw so many homes and we never felt he was frustrated with us! We were not easy to please! He was also nice to your young daughter who he would treat to ice cream and coloring books. We love Dave and would definitely recommend him to work with!

My wife and I had never bought a house before. Dave, walked us through this whole process and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped us to find a house within 2 months but he was not pushy at all. We would recommend Dave to anyone.

Dave was an exceptional broker in every regard. His knowledge of the area that we were interested in was both deep and broad. He quickly understood what it was we were looking for and was a great advocate as we looked at properties. He listened intently to all our requests and was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had along the way. Once we had an accepted offer, Dave was great about shepherding the process along as we moved toward closing. Even after closing, he remains a valuable resource whom we feel extremely comfortable reaching out to.

Dave was fantastic! As a single mom I felt he looked out for me and gave me honest opinions about homes we looked at. He was very patient and listened to what I was looking for. He helped me find and buy the house that was the perfect fit for me! He was not only my realtor but became a friend.
