Dave and his team were amazing. I was referred to him by a good friend who has used Dave for a couple of property purchases. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about the market and was always responsive to my questions and concerns. On our first call, he asked my wife and me the preferences we had in a home. He listened and did not waste our time with any properties he knew were not in line with them. During each viewing Dave pointed out small details we were unaware of as first-time home buyers. My wife and I were referred to Dave by a colleague and he took great care of us. Fairly constant communication is key if you're an active buyer or seller (or especially if you're both) and Dave was always available for our frequent questions. He gave us a lot of confidence trying to navigate a tricky market. He went above and beyond and is even seeing everything through after we closed on both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. As first time home buyers we were helped immensely by Dave's expertise. He was patient in explaining the home buying process, terminology etc. During house visits he would explain different parts of the house and how they are supposed to be maintained. We found it very useful.

Dave is absolutely fantastic, it was such a please to work with him. He is exceptionally knowledgeable regarding market factors and what to look out for in a prospective home purchase. We were connected with Dave through a friend and couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us sell our home in the city of Orange and relocate to Laguna Niguel.
