17 years ago when we needed to sell our home in Chandler AZ to move to the Pittsburgh PA area, we selected Dave as our realtor. We were impressed with his excellent process skills, knowledge of the market, and his commitment and straight forward approach. Recently when it came time to return from Pittsburgh back to the Phoenix area, we reached out to Dave again to help us find a home. All these years later Dave exhibited those same winning traits to help us secure our new home in San Tan Valley. We hope not to be moving ever again. But if we do, Dave will be our first choice. We will gladly recommend Dave to any of our friends or acquaintances looking for a highly qualified agent.

Dave was amazing! My partner and I wanted to buy our first home and Dave was the right man for the job. As chronic worriers we asked Dave tons of questions and he answered every single one with understanding and patience. No matter the time of day, Dave responded to our questions and requests to see home. No matter the home, Dave made it possible to see it and always went the extra mile to make sure we saw everything we wanted. Whether your a first time home-buyer or have purchased homes in the past, no one will be able to help you more than Dave. Thanks to Dave, my partner and I found the home we wanted within a month!

We don’t usually write reviews for services rendered. However, we felt the experience we had with Dave Larsen as our realtor could not go unrecognized and we wanted to publicly acknowledge his professionalism and expertise. In the process of selecting a realtor to sell our home, we interviewed at least a dozen potential realtors. From the first moment we met Dave, he stood out from the others. He was knowledgeable, concise, optimistic, and extremely sincere. Selling our first home during COVID was beyond stressful, but, Dave made it as stress-free as possible. He was a man of his word from beginning to end. He set realistic expectations, was open to input, and, guided us in a way that any first-time seller would only dream of even under the most normal circumstances. As an African American family during a time of racial unrest and national strife, this process, at times, seemed to be extremely daunting. Dave gave us just-in-time information that was easy to follow and understand to guide us through the complexities of selling a home. He was always supportive and responsive to our unique situation no matter the day or time. At every turn, he under promised and over delivered. Dave literally sold our home on the first day that it was listed and for a considerable amount over our original asking price. We couldn’t be any happier with our choice.
