Rick was my agent, stand-in - I was an out-of-state buyer. I spent five days in the area, and looked at 25 to 30 homes - Rick took an enormous amount of time to travel me throughout the greater Phoenix area. Once I determined the right house for me, Rick got me a deal better than I was expecting. Once I returned home, Rick covered for me during the inspection and final walkthrough - going above and beyond in being my surrogate. I'd hire Rick / anyone from the Klaus team again in the blink of an eye.
