Dave took the time to walk me thru process of selling my home. He evaluated my property, gave a fair estimate for an asking price, then made me a list of what I needed to do to make the property ready to list. Dave always took my call and made sure I was well informed during the the whole process. I did everything Dave asked of if me and we sold the property in two days. This was a great experience and I would recommend Dave in an instant!

We needed to sell prior to closing on our new construction. We knew it would be stressful while also having a newborn on the way. From our initial listing appointment to the final settlement, Dave made us feel confident everything would work out. Dave made himself available immediately after our initial contact. The property was listed on our target date and we were kept abreast of showings and feedback. Once under contract, Dave was diligent in providing explanations and support regarding all aspects of the agreement, negotiations and settlement. Dave was great in spite of the drama we encountered dealing with a horrible seller and their agent. He was always very responsive and referred me to his lawyer who was also very helpful in dealing with these people. He went the extra mile right to the very end of the transaction. He genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.
