Actually, our experience was with Allison Ruszczyk and Rick DePaola. Where to start? This survey does not come close to be able to describe and reflect on our experiences with this multitalented team. Through out this process, at no time was their main concern on sale property! It was on about creating a relationship with the owner/seller. Their competencies far exceeded any expectations: They are extremely professional, articulate, their attention was on detail, communicating all component parts of the sale, they continually checked for understanding, , they provide 24/7 access to them [via e-mail, cell, text], they provided options to solutions in resolving issues that surfaced, they exhibited exceptional human relation skills...and they took the time to listen...!
