I have known David and Britt for almost 9 years and have had numerous interaction and investments through his company. Dave is NOT your normal Realtor, they proud more that listings and property sales. My first meeting with Dave, he begged me not to buy the Townhouse I wanted to do my first Flip, I was wrong and he was right! Since then I have purchased other properties with their guidance's and support and the relationship doesn't end at Closing. I'm grateful to consider them close friends and writing this review was easy for me.

I would recommend Mr. Delgado for his hard work ethic and his determination. He's always motivated to assist with his clients and he does this by having good communication. He is very reliable and gives sound advise. Thank you Mr. Delgado for all the help along the way.

As a first home buyer, I wasn’t really sure on much of anything. I can not thank Erin enough. She helped me with every single step along the way. Her dedication to her job and clients are unreal. There were days she would even come in and meet us on her days off to show us a house and help us try to find the perfect home. I would highly recommend Erin Clark as your realtor for your next home.

Brittanie was very professional and easy to communicate with. I had my home listed for sale by owner and she came in to let me know I could get more for it. She was so confident that she told me if it wasn't sold within 2 months that I could go back to selling it on my own. I'm glad to say that it sold and she handled several issues that came up during the process without us having much hassle.

We first met David back in early 2018 after deciding to move to NC to be closer to our son and his family. We didn't know much about the area so we really needed some help. Finding David was just plain luck ..we just picked a name, gave him a call and the journey began. He won't admit it but we pretty much burned him out looking at many, many houses before we settled on our future home. He was instrumental in getting our home for considerably less that the asking price and was with us from the first house we viewed until the closing which was painless. He has a great personality and he seemed to enjoy some of the playful bickering between my wife and I. But wait...there's more! In January of this year we decided to move again to be closer to more family and our first call was to David. We knew he would be great in selling our home and great was an underestimation. David listed our house on Monday and it was sold the next day for much more than we had it listed. He did another great job for us. My advice to any to any and all home buyers and sellers it to carefully look around for a top realtor....and then call David.
