We have used David to both buy and sell a house for us and our nephew as well. 2 of the 3 deals were very difficult with inspection issues arising. Without David as our representative I feel the deals would not have happened. He kept us informed every step of the way. Worked with the buyers agent to keep the buyers on track when some problems arose. Whenever we had a question or issue. David responded by text or phone within minutes. He found us local reasonable resources to resolve electrical and pest problems. And got them to show up the next day or 2 to keep the deal on track. In the port charlotte area I would never use an agent other than David. I give him my highest recommendation with no conditions. Joe Romeo

I contacted David from my home state. I told him the basic requirements that I was looking for. We engaged remotely and then I came down to Charlotte County. He had a number of homes for me to see. All the information was well organized. When I had follow up questions, he pursued the answers and got back to me promptly and accurately. This allowed me to find the right home, make and offer, and close within two weeks time - something another realtor told me was impossible! Many thanks to David for helping to expedite this deal.

David was very prompt in responding to all our enquiries. He was always helpful in recommending sources and or people to contact when appropriate. He always had time for us and never made us feel rushed. He always kept us informed of the status of our offer.

David was the agent I used when I bought my house eight years ago. At that time there was a glut of homes on the market. I was a first-time buyer, and I didn't know what I was looking for. Besides that, I lived up north and only visited Florida periodically to look at houses. David was extremely patient with me as I figured out what I liked and didn't like. He kept in touch with me by email and sent me websites of homes that might interest me. Each time I flew down to look at homes, he was always available. With his help, I finally bought a house in North Port, and I haven't regretted my choice for a minute! I recommend David highly!!!

David is very professional. He listed and sold my house and also helped me with the purchase of my new home with no issues. David is well mannered and very polite also very informative. He will go out of his way to help you any way he can. I will choose David again when looking to sell or purchase a new house. Thank you David
