My wife and I just so happen to stumble upon David's realtor profile. We looked at his reviews and his social media accounts and he appeared to be a good person. We took a leap of faith and asked David if he could help assist us in buying our home and David happily accepted. We were very fortunate to have David as our realtor. As first time home buyers, we were a little lost in the process that comes with purchasing a home. Fortunately for us, we had David by our side and he was there for us every step of the way. He answered all of our questions and worked late nights to finish our paperwork promptly. He never pushed us and we never felt forced to do anything we were uncertain about. David was clear and concise every step of the way and he had a great network. The people he recommended for a loan, house inspections, etc. were all great people and they gave us the best deals when we shopped around. David treated us like family and always had our best interest in the end. We are beyond grateful to have him as our realtor.

David was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was incredibly responsive. Selling a home can be such a stressful experience and he made it as smooth and stress free as possible. He goes above and beyond and it felt like we were working with a good friend. I would highly recommend using David to buy or sell your home.

David Ly deserves more than 5 STARS. He was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process of buying my first home. My situation was a little unique, with COVID and being away from California due to work, yet David was understanding and made this possible! David visited all the sites I chose and showed all houses virtually, using FaceTime. It was extra work for David, and I really appreciate his hard work. David gave his honest opinions about each home, its neighborhood, etc. Once I picked the house I liked, David explained what to expect from the beginning to the end, including little details. As a first time buyer, I had little knowledge and had so many questions, but David stepped in and answered ALL my questions and concerns with the right guidance. I can not thank David enough for making my home buying experience amazing. If anyone asks me to suggest a real estate agent, I will definitely recommend David Ly. Thanks again David, for all the help!

David was very communicative throughout the whole homebuying process. He was always available to answer any questions and gave good advice based on his own experience. Would definitely use him again for our next property.
