When we started searching for our home we told Dave what type of home we were looking for and the budget we wanted to stay in. He was very good with sending us homes as they came up for sale that fit our needs and didn't try to push us over our budget. He was professional and friendly to work with and always on time when meeting to look at homes. He gave us his honest opinion on questions we asked, and was helpful in explaining how things worked, as we had never purchased a home before. I will continue to use Dave in the future when it is time for us to look for a new home. All around we had a great experience working with him and I would highly recommend him to work with.

Dave is on the ball letting me know of everything going on. He made my home buying decision very pleasant and helped me every step of the way. He has also helped me a lot getting my house in the market. I would recommend him to everyone

Dave helped us buy our first home and was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He answered all of our questions and spent many hours helping us to find that perfect place. A few years later he helped my parents find their dream lake Home! After all of that I knew we were going back to Dave as our family grew and we needed more space. Dave sold our house in less than two weeks and helped get into our current home which has been wonderful! If you give him a call you won’t be disappointed!
