David Zeitz is a real-estate ace! Full stop. We just sold our recently deceased father's house that was under probate where my brother and I were named as coexecutors on the estate to a buyer with a tricky VA loan all while we both lived out of state...not your average easy house sale by any means. Zeitz with his positive attitude, industry savvy, and shrewd sales strategy got us through this often bumpy sale with as little pain as I ever imagined possible considering our situation. From the very first walk through until the last of the money was deposited into our accounts he was polite, encouraging, and most importantly prepared to handle all hurdles presented with our particular sale. He provided cheap and quality solutions for pre-inspection and external power washing, a ton of extra probate blind spots that needed lawyering and documentation, and for last minute curve balls from the VA getting the buyers loan approved. All easily negotiated by Mr. Zeitz and his team with as little headache to us as possible. To top this all off, we got the number we were originally shooting for which was quite a bit over the comps from our area! I could gush on and on about how he handled the whole process and the results he produced but we are too busy enjoying the money from our sale. Bottom line: Sign with confidence. Zeitz gets it right!

David was enthusiastic about my house and confident it would sell which helped greatly. It was a quick sale in a very slow market and I am most appreciative of his hard work. He facilitated the closing which was held in another town by bringing the paperwork and a notary to my new residence for my signature. This was very helpful to me, as a senior (very senior) adult!!!

Our home had been on the market for over two years, we changed realtors to David and we had a contract in under 30 days!!! Extremely knowledgeable, always accessible, best ever!!!
