It was an absolute pleasure working with Dawn! This was one of the least stressful experiences when selling a house. My husband and I interviewed 5 realtors to decide which one we would choose to help us sell our home, and choosing Dawn was easy. Dawn has a lot of experience and knowledge. She knows the area very well thus, knows what buyers are looking for, making our experience stress-free. Dawn is very professional, and thanks to her extended experience in real estate and everything related to it, she is always a step ahead. Even though right now is a seller’s market, my husband and I felt it was fair to give the buyer a home warranty (since buyer chose to waive inspections). As I was telling Dawn this over the phone, she started sending me quotes with all the coverage from different companies so we could choose a home warranty. This is how efficient, and eager to help Dawn is. Again, even though it is a seller’s market, Dawn’s professionalism, attention to detail and work ethics never decreased. Having a toddler with a compromised immune system during a pandemic, makes showing a house a little risky thing to do. However, Dawn made sure CDC guidelines were followed during the open house and by everyone that had to come inside the house during the whole selling process. I can not say enough great things about how wonderful Dawn is! If we ever come back to the area, she for sure will be our realtor again.

Working with Dawn and Chris was wonderful. They are both very personable. The thing I really liked was they were honest with us. You don't always find that. Dawn went out of her way to help get our house sold. Can't recommend them enough.

Dawn has been completely professional with me and my family! I highly recommend her to anyone who would really like having a “GREAT” Real Estate Agent! She is very intelligent and knows the Real Estate World extremely well! A very personable person to work with!

Chris did such an amazing job in helping us find our first house! We had little idea how to go about the process, which was made even more challenging by the pandemic. However Chris helped us the entire way, explaining the process and navigating the hurdles along the way. The customized portal he provides you for viewing all listings in an area is brilliant! This tool made a huge difference for us to communicate what we were looking for. It was easy to show him listings we liked, what we didn't, and made it easier for us to compare houses and narrow down our search. Chris consistently responded promptly to all my texts and calls and always made sure to let us know what was going on or if he had any news. He was always well informed on the area and each listing we saw. Chris also gave us support, advice and even encouragement and humour when we needed it. Chris was a pleasure to work with and got us the house we really love. We couldn't be more please with his quality of service and would highly recommend Chris to anyone, especially first time home buyers!
