I've worked with her twice. I believe my money was well spent for the service she provided us. Buying and selling real estate is something that I really don't have the time or interest to think about. Document signing was smooth and pain-free. Her responsiveness is impressive. I was always able to reach her, and she always followed up on little details. She sold my house in ONE DAY. She had a buyer in mind, and it worked out. That was a huge burden off of us.

Deana sold a town house for us and helped us purchase a home 5 years ago. At the time, I was afraid that the townhouse wouldn’t sell but Deana had and open house and worked hard to sell it so we wouldn’t have 2 house payments. Recently we decided to purchase a larger home. Deana sold our house before it was officially on the market! She helped us buy a new house the same day. We love our new house. Deana is very helpful and was always available to answer my endless questions. We highly recommend her!
