Deanne was wonderful. She knew our deadline and got our house sold in time for our contingency buy in another city. She kept in close communication with our buyer and with our broker for the house we were buying to make sure everything closed on time. She reassured me when I experienced panic attacks and kept the process moving smoothly.

This lady worked tirelessly to sell our property on the Toutle River in western Washington. Despite one potential buyer backing out at the last minute, she came up with two full-price cash buyers, the first of which closed the deal. She is very responsive, and kept us fully informed of her progress at all times. If ever we wish to buy or sell real estate in the Pacific Northwest, she will definitely be our go-to agent.

Deanne was amazing. She was patient and quick to respond. She made herself available around our schedule and even toured our home for us when we couldn't make the trip and didn't want to miss our chance. Thanks to her we found our beautiful home.

Both Michael and I feel that Deanne did a wonderful job for us and we are thrilled about our new home in Napavine, Washington. We knew at first glance that this was our new home to be and fell in love!!!!! Deanne was very knowledgeable about area and what it had to offer for us. We felt that Deanne did a great job in securing our wishes and wants and was very precise and masterful in our concerns. Deanne Minkoff is a ROCK STAR who definitely went above and beyond her job. 5 stars really isn’t enough to give to her. Veteran United initially referred Shannon Crayne but since she couldn’t fit us into her schedule we lucked out with Deanne which was a blessing in disguise. Deanne’s excellence is really solid and consistent. As first time home buyers, we really couldn’t be happier that we found Deanne. The following are some of the things I feel Deanne did that allowed our home buying experience to be a success: 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person’s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didn’t do it on purpose. It’s just what first home buyers do and me being myself). I couldn’t recall the specific questions that I’ve asked Deanne but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from Deanne. Her expertise with the VA loan process and her timely responses makes her really reliable. 2. Timely communication – I’m sure Deanne has many clients on hand but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the deliver on time; it’s the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care – this is where I really think Deanne went above and beyond to help us first time home buyers go through the, at times stressful, process. She constantly followed up on items and helped us stay on track, along with the bank and seller. We never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks on her end. For buyers in the Longview/Kelso area I would recommend Deanne to EVERYONE!
