Deb was wonderful to work with! She was honest, motivated and straightforward when it came to the sale of our condo. She was eager to help us list the condo, and gave us great suggestions for improvements to increase our prospective buyers interest. The condo was listed as a "Coming Soon" the same day we signed a contract with her. Within the first 24-48 hrs she was receiving interest from other agents and already had requests for showings. Within three days of the sale listing we had an offer, and two weeks later we settled. Deb made the process seamless!

I first found Deb through the Trulia app when I requested to have a realtor contact me. She called back within 30 seconds! I'm an active duty Army soldier and Deb is huge supporter of service members, proven with Hometown Heros. She helped us every step of the way with a big smile and loads of humor. Glad we didn't get the house with all those stairs! As a young couple, we really valued Deb's advice and trusted her throughout the entire process. She helped us BIG time at closing, and at the 11th hour when things got crazy, she pulled through for us. If I could rate Deb with more stars, I would. We are so happy with our home and owe so much to Deb. In the words of Deb, finding your home is like finding your wedding dress... You just know! Choose Deb!

Deb is a friendly, knowledgeable people person. She showed us several homes in Anne Arundel County and was always professional. I recommend her to anyone whether buying or selling.

Deb is great!! She has lived in the area a long time so when I asked if a certain house had shopping, etc. she was able to tell me what stores were around and how many miles away they were. She took into consideration every single detail I was looking for in a home as well as the surrounding areas as far as safety. She got back to me very quickly on any questions I had. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
